Evelyn Hernandez is an associate at Schneider & Onofry and a 2008 graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Mrs. Hernandez practices in all areas of commercial litigation. 

Evelyn graduated with honors from Arizona State University West, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver. While in law school, Evelyn participated in several moot court competitions and was a member of the traveling trial team, which was a semi-finalist in the American Association of Justice Regional Trial Competition. Evelyn was also Staff Editor, and later General Editor, of the University of Denver Law Review. Also while in law school, Mrs. Hernandez interned with the Maricopa County Attorney's Office and participated in the Rocky Mountain Children's Law Center Clinic acting as a guardian ad litem for dependent and neglected children. 

Prior to joining Schneider & Onofry, Evelyn served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ann A. Scott Timmer on the Arizona Court of Appeals. Evelyn is admitted to practice law in all state courts of Arizona as well as the U.S. District Court for Arizona. She is a member of the Arizona Women Lawyers Association.

Evelyn was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and relocated to Arizona with her parents and brother in 1997. She speaks Russian fluently. Evelyn is also a certified Zumba instructor and enjoys staying fit while teaching Zumba classes.
